Patanjali, classical, Eightfold Yoga

whose members are: 1st yama (moral principles) second niyama (specific yogic obligations) third asanas (body postures) fourth pranayama (control of prana)  (control of senses)  (concentration) 7th dhyana (meditation) 

(superb composure, illumination) despite the fact that this special Yoga Darshana, it is support and an integral part of many other religious and spiritual paths

Question . At any rate I think yoga (as a methodology) a powerful tool to develop self-awareness, no matter which way a man went, especially considering the systematicity

  approach and insistence on experiment and direct experience (as opposed to accessing a lot of believers , which is usually satisfy the equation  I believe on the right side
